Hi. I don't think I've introduced myself here yet. I'm Kaitlyn and I have a lot of weight to lose (just over 100lb) and I'm doing it by counting my calories.

I joined back last summer, thinking that my heart was in it (since, though, I have relaised it wasn't). I lost a grand total of 4lb from then til the new year. Since the new year, my mum and sister have decided to lose some weight. My heart is in it, now, and I will lose weight.

go for it! Hopefully you will become more motivated as the weight drops off ^^ being that you have a lot of weight to loose you should find that weight loss is intially quite quick =)
