I have been doing LT for nearly 2 weeks and think i'm doing ok. I'm quite enjoying the shakes but hope the novelty doesn't wear off in the next 5 weeks I intend being on them. After years of trying all the diet clubs I decided this was the last ditch attempt and am determined to be thinner and healthier and keep it off this time. I lost 7 lbs last week so looking forward to being weighed on Thursday to see the result :)
