hi

last week on tfl i pcked quite a bit and today at weigh in i put on 1 1/2 lbs i am gutted as iv only got 10lbs to lose i am going to try 2 shakes or maintenance bars a day and one meal can anyone tell me if i could still lose the weight this way i could kick myself but i work nights and thats when i pick:break_diet::break_diet:
 
I asked this question today I was told yes you can still lose weight as long as its a light meal like salad and chicken or fish.
 
Oh Nearlythinlin......you are SOOOO close to your goal, please, please try not to pick again or your will always be Nearlythinlin and not NOWTHINLIN !!!! LOL. Good luck hun.
