    Hi my name is Laura, I started CD on 13/3/09 and have currently lost 29lbs, which i am really happy with. I have another 3st 5lb to go to get down to my target weight, which i would like to do by the beginning of August. :) I would like to wish everyone good luck with their weight loss.

    Hi, Thank you, I had a bad week and only lost 2lb but made up for it with a 4lb loss this week so i am really happy.

    I firmly believe slow loss is sustainable loss.

    definitely Jim...doctors recommend a loss of 2lb a week to something like 95% of patients

    That was me Olivia, after the initial huge losses on Induction, I lost a steady 2lbs a week thereafter, with the odd 3lber thrown in.
