Hello, I thought I'd introduce myself, I've been lurking for ages but finally decided to commit...
I've been yo-yoing in weight now for nearly 20 years and enough is enough.
I usually stick to a rigid diet and exercise programme and lose weight fast, then put it back on...I've lost and gained 3 stone more times than I care to remember, and I've done every diet under the sun, and then some.
This time is different. I'm not sticking to a diet, and I'm not setting myself a goal date, and as long as my weight is going down, I will be happy.
My motto will be: Keep it simple, stupid: eat less, move more.
