hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone else is using anything for high cholesterol?
I had a raised results last year and have been on benecol drinks since.
I haven't been for my fasting test yet but wonder if anyone else is drinking them on total solutions and if they will effect the diet in anyway?
They aren't much calorie wise but still a concern when trying to limit everything.
Any responses greatly appreciated.
