Just wondering how folks on alot of pro points do things
Im on 40 pp a day and found myself *adding* extra cheese and milk to my day to make sure i have all my points.
I dont want to deprive myself and certainly havent so far.
Just curious how people spend their points. I know personally i have to limit my carbs anyway or i bloat have stomach pains and dont lose so cant use too many points on rice or potatoes.
Sounds silly but i feel like when i have less points i will be a bit happier eating them will lower point items
