Hiya everyone im new to slimming world and have the 2011 books, i just wondered if i have to pick a green red or orange diet to follow or is iit you have to have green red and orange n different days or do i just pick one to follow? thanks xxx
Hi....you chose which plan is ok for you, orange ( extra easy ) red if you like meat, veg and extra bread, green if your vegetarian or like pasta, rice etc. I did the extra easy, lost 4 pounds but have stayed te same for 3 weeks, told to change the plan so doing red for a few days to see if I get a better weight loss!!
