Back again. Eating lamb, beef, fish, eggs, bacon and a little cheese and dairy as a condiment. Usually twice a day.

286.2lbs 20 stone 6.2lbs 28/11/23 - 28.4lbs/2st 0.4lbs/12.9kgs down in 13 weeks 2 days - size 24 trews
285.0lbs 20 stone 5lbs 12/12/23 - 29.6lbs/2st 1.6lbs/13.4kg down in 15 weeks 3 days
284.0lbs 20 stone 4lbs 18/12/23 - 30.6lbs/2st 2.6lbs/13.9kg down 16 weeks and 2 days
283.2lbs 20 stone 3.2lbs 21/12/23 - 31.4lbs/2st 3.4bs/14.2kg down in 16 weeks and 5 days
Up 4.8lbs over 10 Xmas days so starting 2024 at 288lbs.

278.4lbs 19 stone 12.4 lbs 12/2/24 down 3lbs. 2 stone 8.2lbs down in 24 weeks. Into the teens.
277.4lbs 19 stone 11.4 lbs 20/2/24 down 1lbs. 2 stone 9.2lbs

Target weight 189lbs - 13 stone 7lbs in 2024 - target loss 125.6lbs I size 26 to target size 14/16 & waist >33 inches
