    hello everyone, mind if i join you? ive lost 3 stone with sw and got to target, put a bit on so decide to join ww to give myself a change.

    lost the weight again but found i was always hungry!!!! so on yesterday i went back to my sw class and im 4lbs above target so not too bad :D

    i want to get that off again plus another 8lbs to get me to bang on 10 stone.

    i'll be following green days mostly as i love my carbs and all the green day snackies you can have. :D

    hiya bethany, yes i was using most of my points every day, tried saving at least 2 some days for a treat at the weekend.
