I've just joined. I haven't a clue which diet to choose as I think I've probably already tried most of them. I'm kinda swaying towards the W8 diet but will have a look round and see what all the others have to say.
Thanks for replying. I've got about 7 and a half stone to lose. I've got PCOS which can make losing weight really really hard. I've been on WW, Scottish Slimmers, Slimfast, Slimming World, Tesco GI diet as well as some others I forget and had really poor results, I lost 4 lbs in 3 months sticking rigidly to one of the above, so am hoping to try a VLCD with the support of my GP, although I've not actually been to see her yet.
I've had a look on the W8 website and there is a consultant about 15 minutes away so thats really good. Just need to convince hubby that the money is worth spending.
