Hmm? ideal weight or the weight I want to be at?

Hmm I was wondering about my target weight, I stated that I wanted to weigh 105lbs (left panel). But now I'm starting to worry if that'll make me under weight. But I am also worried if I down go to my 'ideal' weight but still look a little wide.

What is the ideal weight in pounds for a 5ft 6inch female aged 17? because I look on the net and it only has results for adults, not children or teenagers.

Hey hun, I think recommended weights can be deceptive and it is sometimes best to go with how you feel in yourself.

hiya i agree with porgoeus when i started i set a target of 10 st as this was in the middle range according to all the charts however having lost 3st i feel really happy and will be content to lose another 2st which will take me to 12st somewhere that i cant remember ever being there., however things might change when i get so all in all its all about how YOU feel at the weight

i agree with porgeous!... for my age and height I should weigh 7st 11lbs or something like that but personally I will be completely happy with being 9st... or even 8 n a half. as you lose weight I think you will get to that stage where you will look at yourself and think this is it.. this is me...
