Hmmm, tempted to buy an ice cream maker

Are they really worth it or is the freezing method just as good?

I have one - it's fab - I did start a thread on it when I bought mine!! I tend to use fat free yog, I will try to find my original thread and bump it for u!!

I hardly ever use my ice cream maker, usually to because I haven't frozen the bowl. Could do with some low fat recipes tho

They are great - but agree with ukali - the tricky bit is remembering to put the bowl in the freezer - LOL

I think there are some great recipes on this site, very low syn too - hope the summer is going to be a good one after the L O N G winter we've had so I think it would be a great buy
