Hi all Weight Watchers :D

Quick question for you . Are we allowed to have dried fruit with the ww diet. I know some of them probably have a large amount of sugar on them but sometimes its nice to snack on. I usually snack on fruit but sometimes its nice to have something different.

Are we allowed nuts too??

Grateful for any advice given

You are 'allowed' anything at all that you fancy so long as you count the points, I cant help you with the point values at the minute but Im sure someone else will come along and advise :) - I know nuts are pretty high in points but also quite filling.

Hi Shrinkingannie, thanks for that. I don't eat that much nuts. I follow a ww recipe for breakfast. Greek yoghurt, Apricots and pecans with a drizzle of honey.....Mmmm very tasty and satisfying.

I will have to work out the points when I get home.

Thanks for your help ;)
