Better a yoghurt or some superfree than a mugshot which is relatively high in calories even if it is syn free.

meh i know its 2 hours later but i would have said the same thing as circes

but- its better to have that than something high in fat- at least mugshots are low fat ;)

i would, at a late time (after 9pm maybe if you are awake and asleep at normal hours) have something superfree- some chopped fruit- possibly with a yoghurt if the super free stuff doesnt help with the hunger-ness :)
