Do you get weighed at a class then shep? I think you should eat normally I'm not seeing all that much difference between my morning and evening weights with DC - it's a more realistic result if you eat at the normal times (I was down 3lb this morning

proper WI monday morning).
I'm sure it is possible to lose a stone in a month on DC, even if you have less to lose, maybe add some light exercise in too to boost things. It's not the no food of CD that works it's because it's mad low in calories!
I never want to try the liquid/shake thingy diets, it doesn't teach you anything about eating healthily in the long term.
