Good evening everybody!

I signed up to use this forum a few months ago but forgot about it!

I first joined SW last April and lost one stone. I stopped going for a while and started going in Jan this year but unfortunatly we have had no kitchen for the last month or so (house is being totally renovated) so i decided it was best for me to stop and rejoin when i have a kitchen back!

I've been trying to eat well by taking salads, fruit & yoghurt to work then freezing home made meals so i can pop them in the microwave in the evenings.

I lost around half a stone from Jan to March. I tried WW a while ago but its all based around points and I can't be dealing with all of that! With SW your still eating normal food. I make my own pasta sauces which are free and I don't have to point count until i'm using syns :)
