So it will be interesting to see if I lose anything
As I haven't the last two weeks when I've used them all.

Do you eat your weeklies??
I find that 7 a day plus at least 3 litres of water and a bit of green tea helps!

You may also need a bit of a blowout to sort your metabolism out- all bodies have to have a bit of a treat!!!

My head is nearly back in the zone!
Since I last posted I have gained 6lb, not going to dwell on that tho, I have just done my 1st attempt at a 5km run. It wasn't too bad, managed to run most of the first half but think the return half was probably even jog/walk, anyway it's a starting point and more importantly I set off and did it!
So what with a determination to do more exercise, I hope this will encourage me to drink more water and hopefully the weight will move down again!
Off to take measurements, new start today!
 
Sunday 25th March
Brunch - Bacon and scrambled egg on warburtons square wrap 7pp

Dinner - roast chicken, stuffing ball, tbl sp mash, 1 x roast potato, carrots, cauli, broccoli, green beans, gravy. 10pp
ww caramel crunch 5pp
snack - handfull of brazil nuts, nectarine, grapes 4pp

AP Not sure how to work these out, 5km jog/walk

Back in the Zone! Hope it lasts long enough to get to target lol

That was hard, the breathings not a problem but the legs are feeling their age!
