Holiday... Diet???

I'm Melanie... Always been overweight. Last sept I dieted and lost 1.5 stone. Put half stone back on and started again in feb.

I've been dieting since feb and lost 24lbs... I'm now off my diet as I'm going on holiday tomoz.... Altho I don't intend on pigging out I know I will be drinking n snacking.

No issue tho... I know I will get right back to it when I'm back!! It starts again June 20th!!

What diet plan to follow tho??! Hmm.... I've done weight watchers, lighterlife and slimming world...

I've never followed any other weight loss plan other than SW.

For me it's the best, it fits in with my life, with the family & it's portable, ie. I can do SW on holiday, meals out, socialising etc.

Why don't you take a look at the diaries & see if it's something you feel you could easily follow. Also take a look at the WW diaries & see what you think.

At the end of the day it has to be something you feel you could easily follow & which would fit in with you.
