I'm off on a holiday for 2 weeks to Italy and my absolute fav food is Italian food. Pizza not so much but pasta in any form I'll love. I have set myself some limits about the food I can eat(in the tiniest portions of course) as its silly to be on a half board holiday and not eat anything but my diet food. The limits are lots of salad, having fruit for dessert instead of tucking into unhealthy food, smallest portion of pasta as long as I do lots of walking that day to burn off half of what I've eaten and obv there will be no alcohol consumption because since I've gone on this diet I've been put off by alcohol. I know fruits is not on the list of foods to have but lets face it it's better than greasy slice of pizza. Also I won't be weighing my salad and I will add sweetcorn and few carrots because I'd rather fill up on veg than have a big portion of pasta. I was wondering of I should still buy 3 products per day or is that me being too hopeful. I've bought dresses that fit me very nicely right now and I'll be taking those with me and I know that if I eat stupidly then the dresses won't look nice at all..ordering products for 14 days is quite expensive. Was going to take bars and shakes and a blender ofcourse. Is there anyone who has taken products on holiday like me? If so then did u stick to it? How did u fit healthy food into it? Were u in ketosis all that time? Did u come off the plan for 2 weeks and just be conscious of what u ate?
