We are planning on going away in 5 weeks time, and I am wonder how much weight I could lose in that time...??
Iv lost 8lb up to now, but had a STS in that time, so would it be unachievable to try and lose a stone??
It works out just slightly under 3lb per week, which may be a little unachievable?? but if I have my holiday in mind, I might be able to do it
