This morning I got into the 13's for the first time since I was 16 - now 13.13lb. Woo hoo!

Problem = I go on holiday for a week from this Sat and I am dreading putting on weight HOWEVER I really don't want to have to count or not treat myself as it's my one and only holiday of the year.....any good suggestions on how I can come back without a huge gain??

just make sensible choices - if you want an ice cream, have one.. but just have the one.. not one every day. Choose salads, lean cuts of meat, tomato based sauces, jacket potatoes etc rather than chips, greasy takeaway type foods etc..

and if you're a drinker, stick to spirits with diet mixers rather than lager, beer or cocktails x
