Holidays and no time to go up the plans

I am staying on SS until goal. This should take me up to the day before my holidays, left the diet until the last minute:wave_cry: Anyway, I am not going to go on an All Inclusive holiday and not eat or drink.

My goal is 10st 7lb but this is only becasue it is attainable by 9th July. Ideally I would like to be 9st 7lb and that will give me half a stone to play with. Obviously if I reach goal before the planned date, I will do the plans but what will happen if I eat and drink for a week after being on SS for three months?

What do you advise?

Your doing really well.. You might even get to your goal and have time to be 9stone 7lbs before holiday and then you will be able to eat have a fab time.. and still be under what you want to!!!

Its great as you can really think right I want to look good in my bikini/swimsuit by the time you go, and feel really good and confident..

Its a fab aim when you have a holiday booked.. We are planning to go in September but havent booked yet was thinking of Turkey too..

Keep motivated as your doing fab! xx

Thanks Curlywurly, you are doing great. I hope I last 10 weeks like you have already. I hope sooooo much I am at goal before I go. I only set my goal at 10 1/2 st. becasue I know its 'doable'. I would love to be 9 1/2 - oohh I am thinking about it now, I would be soo excited. I am in the frame of mind to go all the way becasue I WANT to do it. Thanks so much for the encouragement.
Perhaps it better to have a week on the 810 and a week on the 1000 just before you go.

I've done 8 weeks of ss then gone straight on holiday before, and after 2-3 days I had tummy ache for about 2 days... and I am pretty sure it is because I went from SS to eating carbs and drinking .......
Hmm im wondering about this too. I go on holiday in 2 weeks and am moving up to 810, but dont know whether to do this for 2 weeks or go up to 1000 before hols!
I think the best thing to do would be to step up a step or 2 and your weight will be more maintainable and also your body shouldnt get too much of a shock from food xx
