Plan for today

Red day

B:bran flakes, ss milk, coffee with sweetener and milk (hex b 35g bran, hex a 250ml as milk)
S:coffee with sweetener, mini crunchie (4)
L:ham salad and cottage cheese sandwich (hex b 60g wholemeal)
S:apple
D:steak, mushrooms onion and egg
S:125ml red wine (4.5)

that food plan looks great, do you just do red and green or EE too?
I stick to red and green and find it so much easier x
