I'm going to start making some of my own recipe WW meals to put in the freezer, i'm just wondering how people freeze them?
Do you just put them in the freezer and then heat them up or add some kind of liquid first?
Any tips would be great!

divide them out into portions & freeze... then when required just bung 'er in the microwave til she's heated =P
i find a couple of tablespoons of water might be needed for lasagne or something like that, but basically no water should be needed
Thanks for the tips!
My dad always puts water on them before so that it doesn't dry the food out, i'll give it a ago.
