My group mysteriously wasn't on today! I just turned up and the town hall was locked and there were no slimmers in sight... So I decided to self-weigh and came up at 16st exactly, which would mean I've lost 4 1/2 lbs!! On the other hand, I'm worried about the reliabilty of home scales, so hoping this is an actual loss...
