homemade chili con carne?

I had some homemade chili tonight with a small jacket potato- ive given the potato 2.5 but what do you guessemate the chili to be? I had 1 cup of it and it was basically red kidney beans, beef mince (tesco organic) carrots,tinned tomato and chili flakes.

oh the mince was fried in 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil, no spray left!
