Homemade gravy...

Does anyone know how many points are in homemade gravy made with meat juice and flour? I am cooking a roast chicken dinner today and really want my own gravy and not tasteless granules!!!

Anyone know roughly how many points it is?

just work out the points for each ingredient... ie flour is 5pts per 100g
