Tuna and pasta with light mayo and salad- 2 syns
Banana

Dinner
Chicken Teriyaki stir fry-6 syns

Snacks
1 foxs biscuit (why did I have this??)- 4 syns
Yoghurt-0.5

Excercise- 45 mins cardio
 
Don't worry about the biscuit, it's good to use your syns as apparently this really helps with losses
 
Yes I was told if you don't have at least 5 syns it can slow you losses down which reminds me I need to use some of mine as everything today is syn free :/

Can't wait for my tea just waiting for the chips to cook! Just realised I haven't had an A choice or many syns today so may have some cheese and crackers later or a hot choc :)
 
I love pulled pork, before SW I used to have the Asda one in bbq sauce on plain bagels with cheese :eek: calorific beautifulness haha
