Whats the difference?

Well like most people you probably look at the cloudy and say "hey that doesnt look good" and take the clear.

The only difference is that the cloudy honey has not been heated up, which makes the honey clear. And processes the sugars giving it that syrup colour.

Heating can also kill the vitamines in the honey and make it less healthy for you to eat.

So, the next time your in the shop, and buying honey, go for cloudy!
