http://So I thought I would try a diary to keep me on track
So far today
Breakfast 1 boiled egg and two pieces brown toast from healthy extra + flora extra light
two cups of tea with milk from allowance
1 oreo cookie dunked in another cup of tea
Lunch - Jacket potato, coronation chicken made with extra light mayo, no fat greek yogurt, curry powder, 1 teaspoon mango chutney, side salad including lettuce, tomberries, cucumber, yellow pepper, raw cauliflower. 1 strawberry muller light, yet another cup of tea
Dinner tonight - pasta bolognaise - minced beef, onion, garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, courgette, mushroom, carrot, pepper 1 teaspoon splenda cooked up together and served on pasta.
I am having an extra easy day.
I might if lungs allow do 30 minutes of wii fit today too don't want to push it.
