Cheers hun mostly its great, I don't have to think about portion sizes or calories and I've found that taking food away gives me back some control (long may it last). I do get odd moments where I miss food but not due to hunger more I miss the smell and act of eating but I just remember why I'm doing this and it's not worth it.
HONK!!!!!!! Day 15!! Had my second weigh in yesterday Lost 4.4 pounds!! I am down 13.2 pounds since I started! So proud as had a serious addiction to food!
