Hopefully back on the right track!

    My sis recommended this site to me,need all of the motivation that I can get! have about a stone to lose after my 2 kids,the youngest is one and a half now so no more excuses. Never had huge problems with weight before,if I ever put on a few pounds I'd cut down eating and hit the roads for a few weeks and all was fine. But am a disaster lately,ridiculously lazy,making any excuse not to exercise and am just picking CONSTANTLY,it's a joke. So have hold in 7 weeks so really want to get going now. Have spent a fortune on ww and never worked hard enough. So going to just try to be sensible now- 3 meals,cut out rubbish and limit alcohol. Fingers crossed!!!
