Down to 188lb now. only 48lb to go, i can't believe it, i remember when i had 140lb to lose and it seemed impossible

Hey all, i've lost another 3lb, that's 13lb in just over a month. 3lb to go and i've reached my next target of 13st (the smallest i remember being as an adult) then it's just 3 stone to go until my goal weight

i'm at 184 now it's slowly coming off. i've gone down another size in jeans and in tops as well. 96lb lost, i can't believe it, i've almost lost 100lb! 44lb/3st2 to go
