Aw chick some people have bodies that are slower catching up and have their biggest loss in their second week!
Try working your meals out for the whole week in advance it helps stay 100% on track.

On the plus side your lighter than you were last week
Keep at chick, it's a fight worth winning (well so I'm told)

Its not easy hun. How have you had a bad week? can you enlighten us so maybe we can offer you some pointers? im in no way an expert but im sure that if i cant help, some one will.
