    hya,

    Im at work and its cold, I really want a hot choc but I have rund out of sachets, we have a vending machine that has the small cups of basic hot choc, how many syns do you think is in one?

    Hi cold Julia!!

    I have had a hunt online and the "Klix" vending machine drinks range from 1.5 to 2.5 syns per serving (for some reason hot chocolate is not on there), so to be safe you could count 3 syns for it!!

    Are you in my office?! I'm also in Leeds and it's bloody freezing in here atm!

    I'd be careful, as i imagine they are "full fat" hot chocolate, so if a sachet of Options is 2 syns, i'm not sure how much full fat would be.

    Basic drinking chocolate powder is 3 1/2 syns, which I don't find too bad.

    Just did a search on SW website and a Cadbury hot choc 28g sachet is 6 syns!!!

    probably too late now, but I'd stick with coffee or tea, just to be on the safe side. That is unless you want to use upto 6 syns on hot choc:cool:

    thanks for all your replys, in the end I didnt get one, I didnt want to use syns, my boss offered me a fleece to wear if I was cold, which was quite sweet, but it was a bit manky so I didnt, not as cold now at moment x x
