Hot Cross Buns

Hey all

Do you know of any low syn hot cross buns?

Got a real craving for one.

I'm thinking a wholemeal one couldn't be too high....or is that just wishful thinking!

I had a healthy living one today from Tesco - 9 syns (the same as an ordinary one!)

The Tesco light choices white ones are 8.5 syns. Not sure about the wholemeal ones - guess you could use part of it as a HEB? The of course you have to add on syns for the spread. I had one yesterday at about 10 syns but felt a bit cheated at the end of it - not that it really mattered in the end as I then had 100g of mini eggs. oooppppsss!!!

Mmmm...9/10 syns is a bit much for one, plus syns for butter etc.

Hopefully I will manage to avoid them this weekend, then they will go away!

Somerfield healthy choice ones are 7.5 syns...that's still too high for me, but if you're desperate for one these may be the ones to go for.
