Hey, this might sound like a stupid question, but if you warm up milk does it change the value of it?
e.g.; 250ml of semi-skimmed is a HEA but if you warm it up does it add syns? One of the women at my group said that you have to add syns, but i just wanted to check. Sorry if this has been covered before in a different thread.

I have hot milk quite a lot and have been doing sw for a year and have never heard this, I so hope its not true.

It hasnt affected my weightloss if it does have synnage, but i'm guessing that she has misinformed you.

I can't think of anything that would happen to milk when you warm it up that could possibly add any syns.

After all, if you added a bit of cold milk to a hot cup of coffee, it would heat the milk.

That's true! I just wanted to make sure because the lady at my group got me thinking!
