hot sweats!

jeeez, is it just me or is anyone else having hot sweats? i walk to school twice a day and im BOILED and sweating bad! Never been like it before..... :ashamed0005:

I sweat a lot more whilst on LT. Think its all the excess water we're drinking. Thing is it doesnt smell its just wet sweat if that makes sense!

Not onset of anything else is it? (menopause?)

Hi I am on exante Total solution, just having a browse round the other forums and noticed this thread and I am so glad that someone else has this. I keep waiting for the ketosis to make me feel cold but I seem to keep getting hotter.
