How am I doing?

Still new to all this, have about 3 stone I wish to lose, not in any rush, but have a big appetite, I think I am doing alright, but heres my week diary, wondered if theres anything to worry about? I have not listed meals, just what I have eaten, some days I had real hungry days, and 1 day I went 1 syn over by mistake as misses made me a big hot choccy cos she thought I had syns left. Im drinking Skimmed Milk although I usually go over 350 allowed as Milk is something I cant give up as I love brews too much lol, so I just count unlimited Milk as an HEXA, I dont usually go much over the 350 though.

2nd January 2009 - Green

I've only had a chance to have a quick glance. Just a couple of questions. The wholemeal bread - is it the ones specified in the book? If not 57g of wholemeal bread (off the top of my head) is a HeB.

If on a red or green day you should be having 2 HeBs.

You possibly need to have more in the way of fruit and veg - having said that it looks like you realised that as you've eaten more as the week has gone on.

Heavens, this looks like I've done nothing put 'pull your diary apart'!! You've done a lot better than I managed in my 1st week!!!!

Have you been doing EE ? or Red and Green days.. if you are not doing EE then you should be using all of your Healthy Extras...

Wholemeal bread was just normal slices, except one day I had 3 really small slices.

Ill start using all my HEX, and yep more fruit is happening next week lol

Looking good apart from the Hex's, but you sound as if thats being sorted along with the fruit and veg.....well done!

You can never eat too much on SW, as long as it's free food! Don't let yourself get hungry though, it's not a good thing to do. It's something the consultant always tells us. Eat lots of free stuff and enjoy it! x

I agree with Jaylou...you can never eat too much of the free stuff on the SW plan and thats why it works so well, you should never feel hungry at all.
