I used to get the honey nut ones and you would be suprised how nice and tasty they are and filling. try kellogs crunchy oatbakes aswell. it works out a bout 25 little squares and I used to put them in a container and when I fancied a biscuit with a cuppa I would have 3 or 4 of those and it satisfied my craving saving my syns for other tasty things!!
Give it a try and let me know - if you like hob knobs you will love them.
I never thought that 28g would be enough for me bit as it looks like nothing in the bowl. But I've got used to it, especially as I have a big bowl of fruit such as melon or pineapple with extra low fat natural yoghurt afterwards. This usually fills me up for the morning.
