I started back on LL Monday, doing a Refresher module. I am now suffering with the Day 3 headache, but also feel very determined to stick with it for the full 4 weeks and lose as much as possible. I'm LOVING the porridge! :p

I'm hanging in there, this is day 10, more room in the trousers now, can even sit down reasonably comfy.
So grit you teeth and hang on in there, day 3 reckons to be the day you start to go into ketosis, so tomorrow should be better. Keep thinking how much difference a whole 4 weeks can make. I keep looking at the clothes that so nearly fit - which will in a couple of weeks.
I started back on tuesday am on day 3 uses up my packs from first time round then going to join refreshers.......

Im so dissapointed with myself lost 2st 8lb on foundation never went to management and put all back on again.

Am trying again.... just so hungry

Whoever said "its not the losing it thats difficult, its keeping it off", never said a truer word!
But we are back, and will get there in the end.

hi im doing LL after i did cambridge a few years back wanted the counselling side of it! it is very very difficult to go back on diet luckily i only put back on a stone of 6 i lost but its taken me about 10 attempts to do it! i think the group sessions really help. I am going into week 5 and couldnt feel happier or better i am so glad i got my focus back and gave it another go! good luck x
