How can I claw today back??

and it all started so well....

Was doing fine and dandy and on track today, then had a spat with my friend, was in a rush to get to work, nothing prepared for tea and went and had bacon sandwiches!!!

How can I get back on track today? I'm at work till 1.15am so will need something later.

Today I have had

Weight watchers Chickne fajita wrap
Activia Yoghut

three slices of WHITE bread
marg
3 slices of bacon (lean but thick)
tom sauce.

I feel really guilty now ( but they were v nice lol)

What day you doing hun red green or EE

The wrap is 13.5 syns on any day
bacon free on red or EE
White bread is approximately 15 syns for the 3 slices

On what you have eaten so far you have gone over by about 13.5 syns which you can claw back over the rest of the week if you are controlled, but I would suggest you do an EE day today cos it will give you more choice of free food for the rest of the day.
