how can i find the motivation again

to lose weight after stopping last year and now in the last three weeks i have restarted again is it possible just to lose weight by exercising and healthy eating?, if so any tips thanks.
 
It is very possible! I think you just have to really want it. I mean REALLY want it - more than anything else. You can definitely do it!! Healthy Eating and Exercise is one of the best ways because it's a change for life. You have already done really well over the last 3 weeks - use that as your motivation :) Good Luck!!
