I am on week six now. Week one I lost 6lbs, week two I lost 1 1/2lbs, then it just went downhill. I fell off the wagon big style. Week three I maintained (which I was so pleased about, as I felt as though I'd put half a stone on!) Week four I put 1 1/2lbs back on and then last week I maintained again. I'm off to class in a couple of hours and am dreading it. I'll be happy to have maintained again tbh.
The thing is I just can't seem to get back on the plan. I seem to be stuck in a rut of thinking "oh it's only Friday, I'll have this." Then there's stuff going on at the weekend, and then I have to fight all week till Thursday to maintain. Argh!! Why am I doing this? I've done SW before a few years ago. I stuck to it 100% and lost 3lbs every week! So I know it can be done. I just need to find the oomph from somewhere. I'm desperate to lose weight as I'm soooo overweight. I know it's only me who can do it, but any tips lovely people?
