How can I improve this meal by adding other SF foods?

I would just have half a grapefruit before it, if you think you need some more superfree. But I would say theres enough, I usually have plenty of both mushrooms and tomatoes.

i would skip the beans and have more tomatoes / mushrooms (and have a slice of bread for healthy extra so i can soak up the tomato juice
