How can u not love SW

    Its probably been said a million times before, but i just treated to myself to a big fry up, 2 morrisons sausages, 4 bacon rashers, 2 eggs, mushrooms and baked bean, all **FREE** on Extra Easy. i mean how awesome is that. No wonder i love this diet so much, just though id share with u all.
    How if only Hull city can get a win, and id be very happy lol

    Thanks stacey. You've done great yourself. Aren't red day breakfasts just the best. Even if ihad mine Had EE. It's all great and free :)

    sounds yummy!!!! i had a 4 rasher bacon and 2 egg butty for my breckie was fab!!!

    I usuall keep a small bowl of cooked boiled potatoes in the fridge and dry fry them up with sausage etc. Delish arn't they.

    Completely agree Andy. That's why I've done this for so bloo*y long!!
    It's no diet, well it is, it's a diet for people who lurve food!!

    Your right it doesn't feel like a diet. Just that we're all a little more careful in what we eat. But we don't have to cut back on the eating. Also once u start to experiment. The choice is Almost endless.
