.... on one shake, approx 125 cals??!!
its so unbelievable, i can't get my head round it at all.

2 weeks ago i could eat a whole pizza, salad, garlic bread and still have room for a pudding

and now.... 200mls of shake bloats me like i've been pigging out for hours.

amazing.

no point to this post really, just amazed!

Stomach has shrunk and you are getting your RDA, also it could be the water you are filling up on.

Far from it Daisy! When you start this diet you think that that is an impossible achievement, but it does happen.

I had my peanut bar later last night and felt positively bloated afterwards. :D
