Breakfast - 2 low fat sausages (0.5 syns each = 1syn), half can baked beans and lots of mushrooms in frylite. 350ml skimmed milk (HEA)
Snack - 100g cottage cheese with pineapple (1 syn) and an apple
Lunch - rice with spinach, butternut squash, chicken and 1/2 can chopped tomotatos with spices. Muller light yoghurt
Snack - 1/2 baked beans on 2 wholemeal toast (HEB), strawberries, grape and melon mix
Dinner - Marks roasted vegetable couscous (8 syns), Maggi seasoning (1.5 syn, 1/4 a packet), chicken and loads of cabbage, tendersteam brocolli and greenbeans.
I weigh 8st 11 - Im getting over binge eating. I would like to be more towards my natural weight of between 8st and 8st 3.
I am also very active. The reason i had a large snack in the afternoon was due to me having a long day at work 845 - 830 in fact.
Comments would be appreciated..!!
