how did i get here again......

    Well in november last year I gave birth to my 3rd beautiful baby girl, the day after giving birth I was 11st 7lb..... By april this year I was 10st 8lb..... And now.......... I'm 12st!!! :-( so today is a fresh start for me. I'm following slimming world at home because I've not got the balls to join a group.
    I want to aim for 10st but to be honest if I could just get to 11 I'd be happy. X

    I too have suffered to yoyo effect in the past year - like yourself I am 12 stone, abouts, and am aiming for 10 by christmas. We can do this.

    that makes 3 of us starting at 12 going for 10 by Christmas I really hope we can do this girls!!

    I had my son jan 2010....started at 120lbs, delivered at about 12 stone, got down to 10 stone 8ish and then started gaining again and then some, since becoming a stay at home mother from being in an active job where I'd be on my feet for 12 hours all night... I've just eaten and eaten and eaten!!

    Brilliant, lets do this together. I am doing traditional healthy eating and exercise. what are you doing?

    been trying tradition diets of healthy eating (cutting back calories) and excercise (hour of fast pace walking uphill on the treadmill daily) but couldn't keep to it, my son is 2 in Jan 2012 and I've been trying and failing at diets since he was born I'm now doing lighter life lite because I've tried so many different things and failed and have been VERY down about it and hidden away, So far it's ok but it's a shock to your body, you have three shakes/or one shake two bars/ or soups...has to be three foodpackets followed by a low card meal of any food you like but it must basically follow the conventions of the atkins diet and be v low in carbs, can't have any fruit, juices, or anything surgary natural or not. I recommend cutting back on carbs it gets results and when you're in ketosis you stop feeling hungry.

    good luck with it, im sure you'll get down to your goal weight, im trying so hard at the moment but it's all so hard!
